Do you have Covid measures in place? Yes. We have hand washing stations, an exterior, mandatory wash washing station entering policy as well as hands free temperature tests and increased surface washing. We follow the protocols in place to ensure your safety as well as ours. We were Panama’s cleanest hostal before Covid-19, and we will continue to keep high cleaning standards moving forward.

Are you family friendly? No. We are a +21 Adults only establishment.

Does my room fee include pool access? Yes. Your room fee includes access to regular clothing optional pool use.

Does my room fee include special event access? If we are hosting the event, yes. If it is an outside hosted or cohosted event, we offer discounts for our guests.

Do you offer free cancellation?  Yes, with +24 hours notice if booked directly. You must refer to your booking platform policy if you did not book directly.

Can you help arrange transport to/from the airport? Yes, email us in advance or call us and we will be happy to assist you with safe reliable transport.

Do you have a restaurant? Yes, we have a small restaurant, El Hacha.

Do you offer tours? Yes, we have partnerships with local tour companies to offer full service travel agents expert advice! 

Do you have a kitchen?  Not for guests

Do you have hot showers?  Yes, in the private suites

Is the pool warm?  It is not heated.

Does the Hostal have a place to purchase drinks?  Yes

Do you have laundry services?  Yes

Do you have a place to purchase items forgotten or needed in an emergency?  Yes

Can I come in late in the evening or early morning?  Yes, with advanced notice (charges may apply)

Is there any public transport nearby?  Yes, and we rent metrocards

Is the Hostal close to supermarkets and grocery stores?  Yes

Can I buy a SIM card at the hostel?  No

Can I post a review?  Please do – either on Google, TripAdvisor or with your favorite booking portal

Can I bring my pet to the Hostal?  No. Lily is the only pet at the hostal

Can I book longer if I decide I want to stay longer at the Hostal?  Yes, room availability dependent, and in compliance with our booking policy

Can I ask for a second blanket if I am cold in the evening?  Yes- ask at the reception deposit may be required

Do you have Air-conditioning units in the rooms?  Yes

Do I need to bring a lock for storage?  You can rent, or purchase one here

Do I need to bring a pillow?  No. We provide pillows and sheets

Do I need to bring toilet paper?  No. We supply toilet paper

Do you supply soap and shampoo and conditioner for the showers?  No, but we do sell supplies at the main reception.

Do you supply towels?  In the private suites, yes. You may also rent a towel

Do you have a security system in place? Yes

Do you have locks for the doors?  Yes

Is the Hostal locked at night?  Yes, and we have no less than 2 staff on site

Are there phones in the rooms?  No

Do you have lockers for private storage? Yes

What time is check in? Between 3pm & 7pm for regular check in

What time is check out?  11am. **Check outs after 12pm will be charged for a second night**

Is the area safe?  Yes

Is there shopping near by?  Yes
